New Years Resolutions?

Same thing here. Not that I'm expecting it to be some magic fix, but I'm buying me one of those Jack Lalanne Juicers.

I know two people who have incorporated one of these juicers into their diet plan, and it's worked very well.

Anyone use one of these? What are your thoughts?

How is a juicer gonna help you lose weight?

On diets: if you "go on a diet" you will always fail. Best you can ever do is lose some weight for a while. Your "diet" has to become your WOE (Way Of Eating).

Getting in shape for boot camp, finishing my AR build (SOOOOOO close!) and finishing my Mustang . . . well, at least finishing the turbo kit and getting it driveable again. Paint might wait til I'm at Parris Island so I have a "welcome home" present to myself.

Want to increase my cardio a bit. I also want to make an educational focus this year on Real american history; Native american culture and folklore. I think there is much to gain from studying the history of the 1st americans.

Losing weight is a joke (4 me) I just intend on getting out in the sticks and using some muscles before they atrophy:D

I made a new friend that has 350+ acres. I'm looking forward to shedding some of this sub-urbanite filth.

No need to have any sort of resolutions! We have now elected a government that will take care of us. So sit around, get fat, pump out biological units and make merry.

This is true. but i would say that it's more way of life then way of eating. I've tried all those overnight things and diet plans, diet specialist, and so forth. Nothing could get over ten pounds off. I had pressure from my ex-wife, doctors and family to lose it. And i had health reasons to do it. But until i decided that it was best for me and sought medical treatment in earnest it didn't work.

For the last four months i've averaged ten pounds a month. with eating changes, attitude change, and exercise. I weigh less right now then i did when i got out of high school 22 years ago. It did help that this doctor told me to eat as much of anything i wanted. It kinda messed with my mind for a day or two till i figured out if it's not denied then it's no fun to have. so she got me to eat healthty by telling me not to.

I just thought if I ran the Twinkies and Ho Ho's through the juicer, they would digest better.

I'm putting a billet grill on my truck.

I used my bonus money to mop up at TSC.

The day after Christmas I put stainless diamond plate bed caps and tool box on the RAM.

Today I received my stainless nerf bars (via eBay) and installed those.

So, no resolution for the truck.

I'm just sticking with my initial D**che B@g vernacular....

and maybe AR furniture, if I can afford it.;)

I've decided to take a break from drinking & to get myself in a little better shape. I believe my drinking is borderline to becoming a problem & I hope I can nip it in the bud. Well see how it goes.
