Need help identifying knife

Hello all, I purchased an old knife from an older gentleman and it looks to maybe have a bronze handle and says England on it but other than that I have no idea what I have, all information is appreciated.

It's a Sykes-Fairbairn or copy of.

Yes this is it exactly 100% thank you! Any idea what one is worth? I also have the original scabbard as well.

Click on the link to the pictures and it shows what that site is selling them for. Seems to vary depending on gen and a few other details.

The example I posted is here http://www.snyderstreasures.com/pages/fs.htm

It is listed for $399.99. According to the Arrow with an "I" inspector stamp it is a 3rd pattern knife and the "I" stands for Ishapore Armory in India.  Is this fair market value?  I don't know but I would say it's in the neighborhood.
