To do what?

I'm more of an idea guy. I have no idea what it would do.

I think an app that had listings of places that were properly posted that you could do a quick search on etc would be kinda cool. Or a quick reference page to all of the gun stores in the state where you can just click on the number to dial it.

How about a TGO app.
To do what?

Well that's easy, to link up to the Diamond Dave thread, and out pops Dave lay some Judy Choppin, Kung-Fu Kickin, and 120 lbs. of Ninjy Whoopin on any would be perpetrators. For those time you can't carry.

A gunbroker.com search bot app would be sweet; be able to enter type of gun, caliber, barrel length, and other misc criteria if applicable and have it show results and link to the bid page. Being able to save search results would be cool too. And congrats on your initial success!

T.G.O. wallpaper, current gatherings & events schedule, alerts for Tungsten, for when he updates rules, code of conduct, etc.

How bout phone numbers, gps directions, to all the T.G.O. businesses only. It would be a perk for businesses to advertise here. Maybe the businesses could offer a small discount if you show your iphone app. they could gauge the success of the app. Maybe the vendors could issue specials through the app? Not sure about that, I ain't real smart bout this stuff. Just a thought....

It would not take much to implement this as a web app. No need to write something plus I am not sure how well apple would take to anything gun related?

I'm waiting for the "iGun" to come out.......part carry weapon, part phone, and you can play music on it to boot.

Congrats on the success! I like to see good guys do well!

When the web apps came out, there was an iPhone ballistics calculator that was pretty cool. As far as I know Apple didn't throw a sh*t fit.

To use as a desktop (or home screen) app......One click link to maybe the "new post" page or the forums page?? Options are endless.

Here is my question, why is it on ebay the prices for iphones are anywhere from $350 up to $700-$800 for a unlocked 16gb 3g phone? You can buy one through ATT for around $200 with a 2yr contract. I'm confused....again.
