If that's really supposed to be 5.7x28, the ammo must be "concept" too, as seems part of the bullet replaces part of the case. Or something.

I was about to say, that does NOT look like 5.7, at least standard stuff.

TGO-D is likely closest to the mark but it has the look of a Sci-Fi movie or Shooter game outtake to it from my own perspective. But whatever it is it's kind of interesting.

Maybe it's the picture or the angle, but it looks like the lines of the frame, slide, and barrel don't line up properly. The bore axis looks like it is half in the slide, half in the frame.

Quick Google search shows its a digital art image by Artstation and grip says CP 500 if anyone wants to look into it further. So in short not a real handgun.
