Merry Christmas everyone.

We did the santa thing last night, today is just enjoying the family, eating some good food, and thanking God for all the blessings my family has received.

Funny note, last night while grand kids were opening presents, my oldest got a D-rex (if you don't know goggle it) from santa. Well she opens it and screams "I got a D-rex", and then knowing it was from santa looks right at me and says "thanks, papaw". You could have pushed me over with a feather. She's 8 years old and has been "sheltered" up until this year, she was home schooled until this school year so she has figured out the real fat man don't wear no red suit.

God bless you all and my you have a prosperous new year.

I know the feeling. My daughter is 9, and it's the first year that she's 100% convinced Santa is not real. It's somewhat of a bummer for me, but I knew it would happen sooner or later. On the other hand, instead of Santa getting a Thank You note, I got a big ol' hug and the Thank You So Much. That made it all worthwhile.

Merry Christmas to all and your families.

My son just turned 3 so this is his first year to truely understand everything. He was so excited he dind't fall asleep til 1 AM and this morning at 5:13 we get woke up because santa had come. He was literally shaking he was so excited as he opened the presents. He cleaned up...played for a couple of hours and has passed out again.

Ah the joys of being young.

Merry Christmas to all from the fatboy! Hope everyone enjoys their time with family/friends. Don't forget to stop and remember what this day is all about. Remember the birth of our Saviour, remember all our soldiers who paved the path of freedom for us both living & dead, keep them in your hearts not only today but everyday. Say an extra one for them. Enjoy, enjoy, enjoy - I'm waiting on my baby to get to the house for brunch with momma and myself (my baby is 29 yrs old BTW), and then looking forward to presents. Then, its more "A Christmas Story", my all time favorite movie. I've already watched it all morning and last night! MERRY CHRISTMAS to all @ TGO, I'm glad I found this place.

Went to the movies, seen Twilight for the second time. That movie kicks a22!

Got a double cheeseburger combo from Hardee's and came home to my liquor cabinet. Got a litre of Johnny Walker Black Label for christmas. Happy day!
