I dropped off a magazine to be delivered to a fellow TGO member yesterday then I got a call this morning telling me to come by,I got there and they give me my package back and told me that by law they cannot ship gun parts. I've actually receive magazines through UPS before. When I filled out the paperwork it ask me what I was shipping and I put magazine. Is this right?

I ship parts UPS all the time. I have read thier policy and they ship anything but full auto. I would educate that location.

Gotta be a local policy or uninformed employees.  The brown truck has brought me boxes of all manner of goodies.

Same here.  Ship both ways all the time.  Agree it may be a local owner policy.  Their right to do that, my right to give business elsewhere.

There is a difference in UPS and the UPS Store. UPS will ship stuff, but you have to take it to a hub. The UPS stores are independent franchises and their policy is that they do not ship firearms or ammo through the stores.

I had the one here by the west town mall pack and ship a rifle stock for me so it looks like it might be up to the individual locations.
