Mounting a scope to an AK-47

I recently bought an AK and want to add a scope to it. On the left side of the reciever there is a bracket with two pins with heads that stick out on it that look like it should be for mounting purposes. I assume you can get something that wraps around to the top of the rifle with a scope rail.

Can someone tell me what the name of this bracket and pin device is called, and what to look for for a rail?

Thanks

If the left side of your rifle has a bracket installed like the top rifle in the picture, I have an extra mount with an M13 type rail similiar to what nate posted, though mine is former East Block Mfg that I don't need you can pm me about. It should be suitable for mounting about any kind of U.S. optic device with appropriate rings.
