HP now makes a "compact"?

Guess that means smaller than a breadbox and under 4 pounds?

(On dialup today, so didn't go looking)

I guess it's compact compared to their 45. But no it's not a pocket pistol.

I'll be buying either a wheelgun in .357, .44, or .45 or a compact 45. I'm about to look at gun pron and see what strikes my fancy.

From what I posted earlier, 1911 is first and it is imminent. :P

A S&W K-Frame, preferably with a 3" barrel. I'm looking for a "fixer-upper" that I can put in all new springs, Dura-Coat and put Pachmayrs on. Obviously meant for OWB CC.

I think I've finally decided:

Beautiful choice!

We have one sitting in our 1911 case that has been calling my name for a few weeks....must......resist.....the urge......;)

My next pistol would be a revolver. S&W Model 617, 10 shot .22 with DS-10 speedloaders. Shooting Steel Challenge stages with it is like cheating.....only legal.

Next Pistol will be the long lost big brother to my Kimber SLE.

Then a Dan Wesson Classic 10mm Bobtail.
