Interesting idea

If F-troop is saying ok to this, how long before they rescind it or qualify it like they did the Sig Brace? You can only use this if you wait a full second before releasing the trigger, or some other stupid "it matters how you use it" nonsense.

I saw the video MAC did on it, according to him it fixes the problems with overrunning it that the binary trigger had.

Personally, I think I'll stick with trigger control.

I really like the looks of that. Might build one with that trigger just for ####s and giggles.

I don't see the ATF letting this one last long.  You are firing more than one shot with each pull of the trigger.  I always thought that was a big no no.

If they end up letting this one be legal, it looks like it will be a lot fun.

Actually, you fire one shot with the pull of the trigger. You fire the second shot with the release of the trigger. Loophole? Looks like it, but from what I understand, it conforms to the letter of the law (as it current exists).

Binary triggers have been around for a while, no? I forgot where I read, it said there had been various attempts by various companies in the past decades.

You could argue it that way.  You could also argue that a "pull of the trigger" is the complete motion from when you start pulling the trigger until the trigger is ready to be pulled again.
