IDPA BUG match Saturday July 23 at Green River Gun Club in Bowling Green KY.

The Green River Gun Club (GRGC) of Bowling Green Kentucky will be hosting an IDPA BUG (back up gun) match on Saturday July 23.

This match will be run using the "old BUG rules" ( 5 round strings, no reloads on the clock, no drawing from the holster, etc.)

I don't have a stage or round count yet, but it will probably be 5 or 6 stages (some with multiple strings) and less than 100 rounds.

You don't have to shoot a BUG, you can shoot any safe and legal IDPA handgun.  You will be scored in the appropriate division.

These are great matches for beginners, and/or for using that carry gun the seldom gets shot. So bring your "significant other", friend or neighbor and have some fun.

Set-up at 8:00Am and shooting starts around 9:30 AM.
