TGO Store Problem

Hey guys, when I try to add a benefactor subscription to my cart, it says "You are only allowed to purchase one of this product, and you have already done so."

What does that mean and what do I need to do to get my benefactor membership renewed?

I had the same problem. TGO David posted this way to fix it:

"Chances are you had bought one (a subscription) at some point and you have a pending renewal invoice in your profile.

  1. Go to this link:  http://www.tngunowners.com/forums/clients/purchases/
  2. Scroll down through the purchases and find the one with a pending renewal
  3. Use either the button to cancel it or renew
  4. If you cancel, you can buy a new one.  If you renew, it achieves the same thing."

Tried to upgrade my membership. I entered all required fields using a debit card. Error wanted me to try another method. Entered info twice checked it twice. What did I do wrong ?

I tried that, and sure enough, there was one of each. When I cancelled them, they stayed in the cart, but said cancelled. So I still can't purchase a membership or pay for the existing ones in the cart. It's like it's frozen. I think I've had trouble with this before, but I don't remember what I did to fix it.

I think I just hit "renew" instead of cancel to fix my problem.  Maybe it takes a while for the system to recognize that you cancelled the invoice?

You might consider PMing TGO David and asking him what to do.

I PM'd TGO David a couple days ago, but I haven't heard anything back. Does anyone have any more ideas? I really need to post a want ad.

Of course I am.  I thought this was resolved.

EDIT...

You still had several pending invoices in your member profile.  I just cancelled all of them.  It should work for you now?

Thanks.  That did the trick.  I only wish I'd have looked for this solution before I messaged David...
