Looking to start a new project. I have a .50 beowulf build in mind and in reach. I am looking at a KMTactical upper and was wondering if anyone ever had dealt with them. I love PSA, but they dont offer much in exotic calibers. The other question is, how hard is it to paint a barrel, as in the right paint.

If it's a barrel you will actually get hot, I'd use this stuff. I've used it with great results. Needs to be baked for best results

On Dolomites recommendation I have used chalkboard paint and it was easy and durable. It doesn't need to be baked on, but you want to bake it on. The painting is easy, just do multiple dry coats until the finish is built on. I hit the barrel with a heat gun between oats and it seems to cut down on the time to dry between coats.
