Received my trigger today for what I think is my complete build list (minus scope).  This will be my first and probably only AR10 so I hope it turns out as good as I think it should.  More to come!

Ahh, it's just my favorite color, that's the only reason for blue. It's made by JP Rifles for their barrels. Mine is a SuperMatch 308 20".

I see the heat sink comes in 6 diff colors, cool. Well now your rifle is not "all" black so you might get left alone. I want to see your rifle complete so hurry up and get some pics of it done.

If anyone is curious, it is basically a JP LRP-07 without the JP Receiver set, trigger, and muzzle break.

Receivers: CMT Billet
Barrel: JP SuperMatch 308 1/10 20"
JP Thermal Dissipator
JP Ajustable Gas Block
JP Mark III Rapid Config 15.5 Handguard
JP Low Mass Bolt Carrier
Geissele SD-E Trigger
Magpul PRS Buttstock
JP Silent Capture Spring
JP Hogue Grip
Silencerco Specwar 7.62 and Quick Connect Flash Hider

I have high expectations for this thing.  I guess we will find out.

That does look good, blue and all. Can you load a video with sound when you test it?

Nice build!

Is there any scientific data we can see on those heat sink thingy's you have on your barrel? Just curious how much it helps!

I am sure there is some data somewhere, but I couldn't tell you where.  Aluminum transfers heat much better than steel and the fins will certainly help it cool better.  How much, I don't know.  Some of it is I just like the way it looks.

I love the look of their brakes and the way they are blended in.  I wanted to use my suppressor so I didn't get one, but for me, they have the nicest finished look to them of any AR barrel.

Mine isn't blended. At the time, it was too hard to get Grendel barrels to do anything custom (so I thought). Expensive barrel package.

They are proud of them, but I have always have very, very good performance from them.

I haven't shot mine yet. The other one with the Shilen barrel shoots bug holes.
