Any of you FFL Dealers got any info on the new Savage Tactical model coming next year???

I found this on another forum and wanted some more info if you got it.

The tactical rifle is an effort to capitalize on the huge popularity of the AR platform. It offers cross-platform compatibility between an operator’s autoloader and his bolt gun. The Savage will accept any standard AR style buttstock or pistol grip, so a shooter can have a bolt gun with the same look and feel of his AR no matter the configuration. Also because the upper receiver is machined aluminum, there is no expense of a new plastic or fiberglass mold. Therefore, we could justify a small run of a nonstandard caliber like 338 Lapua, which doesn’t fit in a long-action stock, without breaking the bank.
