SB1736 Liability law

SB1736 goes into effect tomorrow.  it states that if a business or entity posts their property making it a gun free zone, they have custodial requirements for your safety if you have a permit. If my employee handbook states " No weapon allowed on property" even though they took down their signs, does this mean their handbook is still valid?

The bill just references posting signage and not about policy.
