Certainly not a complete list, and some examples are flimsy at best, but it's really not hard to commit a felony these days if an over zealous gubment hack wants to follow the letter of the law. Particularly when it comes to modern technology and decades or centuries old laws.

Depending on state statutes, if you hop on someone else's WiFi without their permission (even if it's unsecured) you're committing an offense that can range from misdemeanor to felony depending on the state and circumstances.
