This? I've read about the Serbu's and aside from the cool factor, I don't get it. 2 shots and $705? i would personally get something more usable. Of course of any one gets one, let me know. I'd sure like to shoot the thing!:D

Very cool in concept. In reality, prob not so much (especially for that price). Would be cool as a backup "truck gun" if I actually left a gun in a truck.

How is the recoil? How is the velocity?

The recoil on my AOW is pretty heavy, but still controllable course it does have dual pistol grips which helps quite a bit. Sometimes when im bored I take mine with me but only with rounds in the side saddle :P Make sure you have your tax stamp(or a copy) with you at all times though.

I don't remember recoil being that bad, it was more of a controllability thing. Frank hit what he was aiming at but it took the rest of us a bit to learn how to get it on target. The length makes it a little more difficult than one would think. It is still a very fun gun that takes some different handling skills to master. Not hard just different.

Other than the cool factor, I just don't get it. Seems a sawed off double barrel would be more handy and a whole lot simpler to load.

One requires a $5 tax stamp, the other requires a $200 tax stamp. :D

Yes an AOW makes an excellent car gun....now if only it didnt have to stay unloaded lol.

isn't the AOW considered a smooth bore pistol? I know that to be an AOW and not a SBS the receiver has to be virgin pistol (never had a butt stock installed).

I am probably wrong, but doesn't the law read that you can't have a loaded rifle or shotgun?
