If World War II was part of the required curriculum in public schools, we'd probably see far less millennials whining for "safe space" when the conversation turns to freedom through sacrifice.

Had a great uncle who landed on the beach today 72 years ago, he was a preacher, and would only let his experience come out in the sermons.  Wow, how scared he was, and what he described about others who were killed on the beach.   He talked a lot about hearing young guys call for their momas when they were hit.  What a great group of men!  THANK YOU.

It's hard to take in how psychopathic Hitler was.  Today is the anniversary of D Day, but let's not forget the price paid in the Pacific.

Hitler has nothing on the Japanese relative to what they did to the Chinese.
