A while back I put together a 300blk pistol that I really enjoy shooting.  Now, I'm giving some thought to SBR'ing that upper.  I have been researching different sites including this one and find a bewildering array of information.  I'm not a complete neophyte when it comes to NFA as I did a Form 4 for a suppressor about 3 years ago.

Still, I have a lot of questions concerning engraving and filling out the form (individual) correctly.  Are there any websites or web-pages that address the simple facts (LOL, yeah I know!!!) of SBR'ing an ar-15?  Where did you guys get your answers?

thanks

I got most of my answers here on TGO from members who'd already done it. There's a lot of info in the NFA forum that helped me. I did a .300 blk SBR as well, but on a trust not individual so I can't help much with that part. I did my engraving at All Things Engraved in Cool Springs before I did the Efile so it would be ready to go once my stamp came in. There are quite a few videos on YouTube about the process as well.

If you have specific questions now, I'm sure all of them can be answered by a member or members here so ask away.

I also used all things engraved. They do a great job. I watched a YouTube video by mr guns and gear about efiling and followed it step by step. Didn't have one issue.
