My dad and i were working at the 84 lumber facility almost directly across murfreesboro rd from the airport up till around 230...i was shocked to hear it happened right after we left when i got home. RIP and prayers for the family.

Bad day for the military, seems we lost at least 5, 4 others missing at Ft Hood, Rest in Peace Brothers.

R.I.P.  Capt. Kuss.  Prayers go out to his Family. When you fly planes the way the Angels and Thunderbirds do, sooner or later these situations will happen. I would call him a Hero because like most said, he could have punched out but made sure his aircraft did not strike any buildings and there was a school very close to where the plane went down. I lift my glass to another great American.........
