Thought I would pass this along for those wishing to purchase a lower: PSA Blem Lower $139 (free shipping) I don't see this listed on their daily deals so maybe just an email campaign.

These lowers may have cosmetic issues including, but not limited to, scratches, tool marks, or finish color imperfections, but are tested and functional. Lowers may be Safe/Fire or Pictogram.
