2nd Profile Pic

@TGO David How did you upload that picture of the rounds onto your profile?  It's the one that shows up at the top of your profile, or when I hover over your avatar?

I was playing around with a feature but decided to go ahead and offer it to Benefactors, Vendors, and Moderators as a perk.  You can do when you view your profile now.  You're limited to a 64KB photo, which should be sufficient if you do a little editing of your pics offline before trying to upload them.
