Guys,

My Preatcher has a new Toyota sedan with a small dent in the rear bumper, if any of you do this for a living please let me know I would love to help him out

is it actually damaged plastic/paint or just with a dent?  the bumper covers can sometimes just be popped back out if you go behind it and push it out.

Not a good idea to try that without heat. Heat will help to soften it so that the pop isn't violent and will help to keep the paint from cracking if  it isn't already.

Good point, throw a heat gun on it or pour hot water first.  But we still don't know if that's even a legit option.  It may look like this:
