Anyone here in that business? Or know of a good place that stocks it?
I need some “House of Kolor” primer, base, clear, etc.
The only place I can find it (on-line) is in California and has to ship ground.

I don't think any of the links work but according to Kozlowski's House of Color there are several dealers in the middle Tennessee area.

Thanks, I’ve been to the place that’s listed as a dealer in Shelbyville; they can order it, but don’t have it. Can’t find any in Murfreesboro. I may have to go to Nashville.

Eastwood (online) normally has a good selection of House of Kolor paints, my previous orders from them normally ship fairly quickly.

Thanks, I ordered it this morning on-line. No one had it locally and Nashville and Madison wouldn’t answer the phone.
Seems the CA guys (TCP Global) have a warehouse in Duncan SC; so it cost less and won’t take as long as I thought.

More importantly.... what are we painting and what color??   :hyper:  :hyper:  :hyper:

I’m restoring a 1976 KZ900 I owned many years ago and just got back. Only one place had the original Diamond Brown, I really don’t like that color and it became a hassle to get everything I need. So I am painting it black. (Hopefully high gloss Black)

I have never painted anything in my life (other than using rattle cans) so it’s an experience. Paint costs a lot more than I thought it would.

I work with a guy that does paint work on the side. He gets his paint from OReilly auto parts. The one here can order practically anything.... even bass boat paint.

And if you decide you enjoy the process, like a lot of other things it's going to cost a lot more.  Price some of the new Sata guns to see what I mean ...
