Machine Shop Milling?

Recommended Posts

I need to have my Wicked Edge sharpening Milled to allow another shelf and a shelf built for it to allow 18 stones instead of 12, it is made of very sturdy anadozied alumonum it is just a matter of milling out new slots for the shelf to sit to allow 3 rows instead of 2

I saw a video on You Tube where this was done the guy had his own milling machine can any of you on here that are close to Mount Juliet do this or recommend someone who can? Here is a picture of the system

I could probably do that on my CNC if you like, The shelf slots look pretty simple, the .0040" of each side will take a bit to complete since my largest facing bit is a 1/2" but it is also possible. Only worry is it'll like be a bit before I have time to get to it. I'm currently in the middle of cutting a bunch of AL signs for work that take priority ATM.
