Mother said the same guy had burglarized their home in the past???? If that was true was he arrested the first time? I bet he won't be going back to that house a 3rd time. I hope the boy does not get in any trouble for shootin at the bad guy when he was running away and threat was over. If I was a judge I would give the boy a medal for taking the stand................jmho

I hope not. Sounds like the kid threw a bunch of hot lead at the guy so the kid was not being shy about protecting his home.

I can guess how he'll do in prison when his cell mates find out that he was shot while running away from an 11 year old! I'm sure they'll have deep sympathy for him...

He might get a stern talking to about it but nothing more.  Its one of those where you gots to tell the kid where he went wrong in public while pinning a medal on him in private.

The burglar won’t do time for this one. He’ll sue the kids parents and then offer to drop the suit if they drop charges. That’s how our “legal” system works.
