What kits do you use to clean your guns? I have an Otis tactical kit that I don't care for. It does what it's suppose to do, I just like a cleaning rod better than the cable system. My buddy suggested a Pro-Shot universal kit. Just thought I would see what everyone prefers.

I have a combo kit. It is about 4 kits I have bought and put all on a tackle box.

My cleaning kit...

-coated Dewey rod w/ loop

-cotton patches (not synthetic)

-gunbrush / toothbrush

-Shooter's Choice Bore Cleaner

-WearEver brake cleaner

-lube (WeaponShield or Slip2000 preferred, but I'm not picky)

-add a chamber brush for ARs

I use BoreSnakes, RemOil, some Q-Tips, and an old dirty t-shirt.

I have a big tackle box full of everything I can find, I've tried just about everything. Right now I gotten used to using the OTIS kit, and have come to like it quite a bit.
