Not a winner.  To win you have to die.   This isn't even life threatening, its barely an honorable mention.

Technically, you don't have to die to be a contender for the Darwin award. You can take yourself out of the gene pool and still be a candidate.

Ouch!  At least the guy kept the weapon pointed down range...otherwise, I rank this pretty high on the list of "Things Range Safety Officers Should Never Do" (not that this guy was RSO...unless that mean Really Stupid Operator). :angel:

All I can do is shake my head and say yeah, I've met people who'd do the same thing. They get so caught up in trying to figure out why somethings not working they forget they're handleing a firearm, powertool etc.
