Cap seal on Tite Group

Hello, I purchased some Titegroup from a retail establishment. First time using this powder. On both 1 lb jugs, when I twisted the top off, it carried the white fiber/plastic seal with it. I would have expected to have to purposefully break the seal. Is this typical?

It happened to me with Alliant Power Pistol . I got worried too . But it was all good . Plus the bottle wasn't all full , like a bag of Lay potatoe chips . So I thought he had sold me a bottle that was half empty . I guess they fill em like Lays LOL .

I concur...normal the majority of the time. At least in my experience.
