Large optic selection around nashville?

What shops around nashville area have a large optic selection? I'm looking for a 1x4 or 1x6 for a AR. Have went to bass pro and academy only to found 3. Looking for a Leopold vxr want to check it out before buying one. I just bought a vortex crossfire 2 1x4 off of optic planet. I revived the optic and turn it on the highest setting and not only can you not set the illumation in brite sunlight. If you get in a darker area with the scope on the highest setting there is a red tint across the entire lens. So I called vortex and they said it was normal and to turn down the britness. I don't recall any other optic doing this. I sent it back so I want to be able to look at the scope I'm going to buy.

Outpost and Franklin Gun Shop have the best selections I have seen around the Nashville area.

Don't know about Franklin, but the Outpost will put an Inpost where you wouldn't like it. :(

They are about the same price wise.  

 

I haven't really looked recently, but Outpost did have several different models mounted on "blue gun" stocks so that you could get a little better idea of eye relief, etc.  But their prices are nearly full MSRP, and they haven't had much interest in discounting when I asked.  

 

Franklin has a good optics (and everything else) selection, but they push having their armorer mount and boresight.  They seem to the cater to a more full-service clientele.
