Non gun thread Mix: Badass starts on p3

So, I started posting some things that I thought were really funny that were unrelated to guns.  Come to learn, not everyone likes that type of stuff.  So, in the same way that there is a thread for 'what are you listening to" and 'whiskey and spirits, this is for funny or interesting things unrelated to the main focus of TGO.

So, I'll kick it off with a few things I thought were good.

I started looking for redneck humor and was surprised at the things that have applied to me personally in my life.  Here they are:

I haven't done this with a Dorito's bag, but have done this with red tape as a kid.

When I was a kid doing manual labor, I spent a lot of brakes in a wheel barrow like this.  Might look redneck, but sure is comfortable.

There are good reasons that I quit drinking 15 years ago and this is one of them.

Hey, I'm a farm kid.  We always had five or six dogs.

I've used vice grips like this as well as shower handles plenty when I was younger.

Thanks, Pete.  It's definitely favorable to have all of this stuff in one place.  Please keep it moderately appropriate as fits a family-friendly forum.

If only we could do the same with politics we might have a gun forum again ;)

As one that has used a pair of vice grips as a shiftier arm I can understand.

Old Chevy truck, 4 speed in the floor, shiftier arm broke off, had to get home.

Funny thing is I drove it like that for a few weeks just for giggles.

Of course we need some Billy the Kid action.  Here are a few more:

Billy the Kid was the best known of The Regulators in The Lincoln County War.  Here is another player, a sheriff.

In 1878, Sheriff William Brady was ambushed by the Regulators as he and his deputies walked down the street in Lincoln. Brady, who was allied with Murphy/Dolan, had sent the posse after Tunstall's livestock which resulted in Tunstall's murder and the beginning of the Lincoln County War.
