This may not even be the right place for this,and if it isn't please move and my apologies!

I got to thinking today that If we could bring back the founding fathers that wrote the constitution and signed it,and let them see this country and how its being ran that they without a doubt would call for a new govt and or a revolution!With that being said they would probly be listed as "Enemies of the state" or "Homegrown terrorist"..What do you think?

Who knows... the founding fathers were considered pretty much by the Crown as 'homegrown terrorists' and 'enemies of the crown.'

They'd look at us as if we were crazy for allowing the federal government to trample and destroy the 10th Amendment which is one of the primary reasons the government is so out of control today.

Certainly, they would see the current state of the government as no less tyranny than what the British imposed.

Assuming that a few of the more hotheaded ones hadn't already stormed the capitol, Jefferson et al would be underground, organizing the "citizen militia" for a widespread and potentially more effective revolt.

Of course they would be vilified with every "anti-American" label imaginary.

(They would also be immensely impressed with the current state of firearm technology available to the public -- hence the ultimate reason behind gun control legislation).

I've had this conversation before. I'll tell you what i think would happen. As gentlemen, they would plead with the powers that be, to change their evil ways. Then, after seeing that the system cannot be saved, nor does it deserve to be saved, WE would finally have the PROPER leadership necessary to make the steps of the white house sticky with the blood of the fools that are now in charge.

It's only an insurrection if you lose. IF we had lost the revolutionary war, it would be know by some evil name. History rarely remembers the losers.
