Getting ready to get a 10. Looking hard at the Glock 20 & 29's , I prefer the 1911 platform. I figure if your gonna get a 10 then go for capacity ? HELP!

I've looked at the 1006's , kinda pricey but nice. Wish they still made them ....but still only a 9 rounder. I like the fact that the Glock 20 holds 16 full.

I am looking for a Sig 220 10 mm SA/DA.  I cannot seem to find one.  If anyone sees one, please hit me up.  (I am NOT looking for a 10mm SAO or a .45, only the SPECIFIC SA/DA which is only made in reverse two tone).

My very first EDC once I got my HCP was the 29. I've never carried anything else. But man oh man I love my 20. I have a Gen 4 and Monkey has a Gen 3. The feel in the hand is amazing, low recoil and like I said, it just feels good. Honestly, just get both! ;-)

Ahhh this makes me smile.

For capacity you will not beat a Glock 20. Gen 4 or 20SF all the way, 15+1 of cold hard death is a great feeling.

I like the 29 too, Id get the 29SF if I get another, can throw +1 pinky extensions on it for 11+1 in a more concealable package

I shot a RIA M1911A1 in 10mm, it is pretty good for the cost. Only 8 (or 9)+1 but slimmer, slightly heavy.

I found a Sig P220 Elite Match in 10mm for a sweet heart deal, the two tone and that trigger....bro...but for 1400 MSRP...ehhhh youll be better off going with a RIA.

Comm's choice? Glock 20 Gen 4/20SF

Do NOT get a Delta Elite or 1006 - I have seen two of them explode so far and plus...RIA makes a superior design for a third of a Delta Elite and the 1006....lol, if you own a SW 10mm thats just a paradox, plus SW is for fairys

Figured you'd be along before long. Not a Rock Island fan, if I went the 1911 road it would be the DW Razorback. I'm leaning toward the G20 in a two tone, although I like the 29 because I have a 26,27, and a 30 but my large hands make me think 20 and more rounds.

Brother youd love a Gray frame or FDE Glock 20 Gen 4.

Throw a FLGR and different recoil spring for superior followup to scorch the earth

Glock 20 Gen 4,

I have one Black now and a Gray frame coming they are awesome

This is why I sold my Guncrafter before receiving it, I held TGO David's Gen 4 21 and he explained the gen 4 Glock 20 would be the same, I fell in love with it

The Gray framed ones are hard to find but they in my opinion are Badass, I should have that one next week

if you want to check mine out, send me a message Edited by willis68

My 29sf and my 21sf are both NiB-x my 20 is just boring black. Two tone is where it's at!!

I've got a 29 Gen 4, the 40 MOS is calling my name. Got a 74 CB360 I need to get roadworthy first.

What are you looking to do with it? Concealed carry? OWB carry? Range Gun? Something else?

I wouldn't consider a double stack 1911 to be a good CCW but you mentioned weight being a concern.

I don't know , I just need one..... Some carry , I carry a 1911 99% of the time OWB. Other time a full size HK 45 , not much difference....

Probably not an edc carry, but I'm in love with the g40. I've had mine for a month now. Sweet shooting gun! I'm now wanting a 20 or 29. I love the round! Good luck in finding your shooter.

EAA Witness! Mine has been absolutely reliable. I also have a .45 conversion and .22 conversion. It's hard to beat that.

G20 and G40 are both awesome guns.  Just sold my G20 and already on the look out for another one.

I got a G20sf and love it.  I did some grip modifications to fit my hand better, but it's a beast for sure.

I mounted a vortex red dot on top and took it hog hunting a month ago.  Killed a 100 pounder with it.
