When filing a form 20 to transport interstate, SBR, who should I list as the manufacturer when it's a Daniel Defense that I SBR'd via e-file?  It seems to me like it would be myself, or my trust.  My tax stamp list DD as the original manufacturer, but now since it's been SBR'd, I'm reasoning that my trust is the manufacturer and I should list the trust as such for the Transport form.  Have I got this correct?

ok thanks, just wanted to check. How long a turn-around should I expect?

They come back pretty quick.

I tell anyone filing one out to put the dates from January 1st to December 31st. Perfectly legal to do it a year at a time.
