These videos bother me because the messages they convey are so often philosophically incongruent. The government took real money away from us in an attempt to take our liberty, so we should all strive to live in a collectivist, utopian society where money and competition are unnecessary? Ok. Those two concepts are just about a complete 180 from each other.

I think their objective was to show the events that have led to the present. I didn't take any utopian collective views away from the film.

It's been a while since I watched the new one. Seems I remember at the end they were proposing a society where we were able to perfectly harness the sun's energy, live without any type of waste, and where craftsman and skilled professionals basically worked for free for the common good. We'd all just get along, share equally, and never compete.

Believe me. I agree completely with their ideas regarding the government controlling us by having too much control over our money. The most evil thing the government has ever done in this country was to take away our real money. Also, I agree that powerful forces have always used religion to manipulate the masses, and that the truth was never important to them. Lots of concepts in these films are dead-on. This idea, though, that we simply have to awaken to a new consciousness to solve our problems.......well, that's not going to work. We are animals. We compete. Our nature can't be denied.

Do ya'll really believe that our Gov't did this?

"W", the so-called bumbling boob can't string 3 words together according to his enemies, but is capable of this, and the subsequent cover-up?

if this is truth and we gained power over other countries using economy and money, than we are screwed, borrowing 3 trillion dollars from communist China is just a begining of our end... the movie is talking about utopian world, about commen good society or communism, wich I think is pretty much impossible, not because anything else but us, people itself, I think that socialism is as close as we can get to the society that is working for a common good... as far as banks, I don`t have credit card and not even a debit card or checks, I use bank account only because my paycheck is directly deposited but I did sent a message to my bank that all I will have in my account from now on is $5 , I bought 1990 Cadillac for $850 with no credit or banks to finance it and I drive it only to get to work and back, I live about 10 minutes from work so I spend about $30-$40 a week on gas, in a year or two I hope to buy a house and between me and my wife pay it off in about 4-5 years, I also cancelled my cell phone, if you need me call me when I`m home, trying to minimalize expences as much as possible..the world is changing, powers are shifting and we, the regular folks will have to adopt or we`ll disappear....

And when they destroy the value of your land (or just take it from you out-right), then what?

We can't hold land in allodial title, and our "money" isn't the least bit sound. Our markets are a house of cards. With this new round of bail-outs, all of the things for which you've worked could be quickly devalued to peanuts.

no you don't.

I for one have never believed that the Kennedy assassination was done as per the Warren report. As for 911 when those buildings came down my very first thought was implosion.

as for the pentagon I thought that was pure BS. Go ahead tell me about my tin foil hat, but answer this. How is it that our government was able to draft and print the Patriot act as quickly as they did.
