Now the Leatherman Wave...I'd like to play with one of those for a bit. It looks nice.

 

 

I've been EDC'ing one for many years, it's nice.  The release lever for tool lock addresses your issue with the supertool (I have one of those too).

I say keep the Leatherman. I still use the original Super Tool in the 15+ year old range. Couple drops of oil and all is well.

The wave and skeletool are the only ones I own. They were the only ones that I thought I would ever want, but I started looking at the MUT and am thinking of picking one of those up.
