Got an e-mail from Anthony Imperato yesterday saying they are about ready to start shipping the H012M41.

(41 Mag. Big Boy Steel)

And to get the word out if I was on any forums.

I know that a lot of people don't care, but there are a few of us that love our 41's.

I've been wanting a rifle to go with my Ruger BH for some time now.

And those Marlins are just way toooooo pricey for me.

Well anyway I did as I was asked.

Hope this is something that a few might find interesting.

Have a good day.

Not for sure Greg, but the other steel versions I've seen locally 357, 44 mag., & 45lc's

Are runnin in the neighborhood of $669 to $689.

Can order them from Iowa Gun Emporium for $647.

Hope they are about this same price.

Man oh man... I have a hankerin to get into the .41 mag bidness and this is NOT helping any...

I need to stay away as this would be a gateway drug to one of them there fancy 6-shooters...

F'real. I even have a box of .41 bullets and a small stash of brass for when I eventually get one. And I will... eventually. But first, I need to get a 44mag lever, so I have pairs in 357 and 44, THEN I'll get stupid with the 41.

Sadly, all I lack in the trifecta is the 41 rifle.

That's me Greg.

But then for the Grand Slam,

I'll need one to go with my 45 colt Vaquero, & BH :stir:

Man I was on the search for one of those Marlin .41's years ago and couldnt believe how much more they wanted than the .357 model.  If these are reasonable, I will have one!!!

I don't have a 45 lever either. That's a fairly recent invention. I used to wonder why the old 92 Winchesters weren't chambered for it. I was told that the old balloon head cases of the time wouldn't hold up to a lever rifle's extractor. I guess if the military would have adopted the 44-40 instead of the 45 Colt, we wouldn't have ever heard of the 45 Colt.

Now that I think about it, there could be several pairs....44-40,32-20,25-20,  I have 22's in both, 22 magnum.... My wife isn't gonna like this.

Haven't seen any yet, but do have the funds for one as soon as I do.

Have a buddy that got one of the 16.5" Carbines in 357, and he likes it.
