I see there will be a show at the WSCC pavillion on the 20th in Morristown. Did anyone go last year and will it be a camper and boat show with flea market stuff and a sprinkle of weapons and gear? What about entry fee?

I went last year. I don't remember what it cost, $6.00 maybe? It was very small but mostly all guns. Thats where I bought my Para Ord. I'll go again just to try and keep it alive. Oh yeah, no boats or campers etc, also pretty bad selection of beanies!

I went the first 2 times it was held and was very disappointed. Prices were ridiculous- I hate to think what they'll be this year.

The last one sucked only a handful of vendors not many guns at all. Chilhowee, or Grey are much better.

Is this the same bunch that did the show in Kingsport?

Hey the show at Gray had to have a slow start to, not to mention you have to carry a light with you to see anything there. RK does shows everywhere Kingsport and Knoxville inc. My dad went to one of the shows at the WSCC pavillion and would agree it could be better but they just have to work there way up and the support from the gun owners does a lot to help. We will be there on Sun. if all goes well and both have plans to bring something home, my dad is thinking of a good double stack .45 and I always have my eyes open for a .40.

hope to see all of you there, Rando

If anyone's interested in my AK-47 (see in classified section) I can meet you at the show with it. I seriously doubt you'd find a better deal on an AK inside the show. I'm definitely going to the show....just not sure which day. If anyone has an interest in the AK, send me a pm and let me know which day you're going.

Well I went to the show today. I thought it was acceptable for the small area. There was alot of surplus clothing and a few "flea market" items but overall it was good. I did take my Glock 26 and sold it before I got to the show floor. That enabled me to purchase that Ruger SR9 that I wanted. Shot it this afternoon and OH YEAH, love it. Now if they would get some aftermarket stuff out for the SR9 that would be great. I plan on going back to the show tomorrow with some buddies, hey free entry since I went today. can't beat that.
