I figured I'd contribute a little. Its an odd one for this category because of its age, it has "2000" stamped on the slide, but my father did purchase it with his C&R FFL. This is actually my favorite pistol and I would even carry it if there were parts available, but there isn't. Its an exciting 9mm with an interesting bit of history to go with it.1213150923a_zpsvvowbz4y.jpg

I doubt you would ever need any parts for moderate use. I imagine magazines are hard to come bye. Light years ahead of  P-64's and the sheet metal Wanads.

I'm not doubting the story but as a C&R license holder I thought I would look for one of these. I can't find it anywhere as a C&R item.

I may not be right but was told that there are only about 2000 pistols that were produced, the polish government changed its mind on it as their service pistol and went to a polymer hunk of junk that everyone hated. The service members that really needed a reliable sidearm held on to their Mag98's but then to gov got butt hurt about that and confiscated the pistols and sold them as curios.
