Cartel Land on A&E

Has anyone watched to show "Cartel Land" on A&E? It stared at 9pm tonight (Central Time). I've only seen one segment, but it shoes the Autodefensas (a paramilitary Org in Mexico that is trying to fight the cartels) being disarmed by the military, but the townspeople come out in force and make the military return the weapons. Really interesting, if it is real (not staged).

Most of the stories I read say they had laid down their arms, registered them, and many joined the police force.  Sounds to me that the Autodefensas, Self Defence Force did what the government failed to do.

First thought that crossed my mind! After all the AK pics, the new FN 45 and the photos of Wyoming.. I thought he had built a fortress somewhere :D

 I watched it last night. It is a 2 hour documentary about the supposed local group trying to rid the area of the Templar cartel members but some of the group are members of a different cartel. It's a whole mess but was interesting to see how they handled business with some of their criminals.
