I may have to try this crap.  What's the typical format?  Run and shoot some stuff with your pistol, then shoot some stuff with your rifle?  The only thing I have setup right now is an AR with a 3x scope.  Will that work well or am I better off with iron sights?

Gee Guys...., Don't make Ryan Mad.

Otherwise we'll have more of those 3 inch plates at 25 yards hidden behind a barrel along with mini poppers at 200 yards hidden in the tree shadows to deal with!

You may need something to carry a second mag. Coupled mags are allowed. There are no restrictions on rifle mag capacity, so if you have some bigger mags you may not need to do a rifle mag change all day.

Hey El Guapo!

I'm going to run the new IMG rules for Heavy Metal that we discussed.  20 rounds for an optic rifle and 10 rounds of .45ACP in the pistol.

Is that good with you?

Absolutely, I hope someone mans up and shoots heavy with you.

I'm very tempted, but I spent last weekend in Oklahoma shooting the Oklahoma Run N Gun (10k biathlon). If I do another match this weekend I may be looking for a new wife. But I'll see how the week goes and tread carefully... ;-)

The weather looks good for Sunday. I am doing setup starting at noon on Saturday and I could use some help from anyone who has time to lend a hand.

Special thanks to AXTS Weapons Systems and Mission 22 for the awesome 45/90 ambi safety I won in a random draw today!

More importantly, thank you for all you do to bring attention to the fact that, on average, 22 vets in America take their own life every day. I knew this was an issue, but I am ashamed to admit I had no idea it was this bad. This is shameful for us as a nation and I urge everyone to do whatever they can to help. #mission22
