It never fails FA brings out the kid in most everybody.  I only wished cell phone camera / videos were available when my kids rocked FA the first time.

What kind of batteries do those shoes require?

Her fun laugh must have really moved you as her dad.  Just think, only four or five more years before you cease being hopelessly dense and un-cool.

Funny you bring up shoes, when I put 3 handguns on the table she said why you have so many guns? I asked her why you have so many shoes! I think she see's my point, just gotta get Mom on board...

BTW: she is a senior at UTK, so orange is in her blood...

Your not kidding, I think when I gave her a smart phone, FB, Twitter and Instagram took over, then I became dumber and dumber.

Good Stuff there for sure.

Maybe you can make it into a regular father daughter event. Edited by wcd

I find it endearing when a girly girl shoots. On more than one occasion I've helped instruct a woman in makeup and heels. One evening at the Nashville Armory I helped a couple of young girls wearing cotton dresses and heels who showed up with a 357. Normally I wouldn't go out of my way to help someone but I watched them drop two above the line and then one off the floor about 3 feet in front of the barricade. The range officer didn't see it so i just yelled "woah woah woah!" and taught them how to shoot single action.... turns out they were a couple and had taken some vow to "do extreme stuff". They had gone skydiving the day prior.

But I digress.... Kudos to your daughter. She's officially shot more full auto than I have :D

Very cool.  Now you just have to teach her that leaning back doesn't put more distance between her and the rifle since the rifle moves back with her as she leans.
