What I would like to do is make a very sharp burnishing point to do the oblong holes as well as the round on belts and holsters, I have one I created one out of cocabola that works real well in my drill press. But I understand that antler good as well.

Are you looking for something with enough mass to get a good grip in the palm off your hand or does that matter?

No small enough to maybe drill a center hole then insert a bolt that can be chucked up in a drill

I have several and you're welcome to have a few. I've been known to visit the Montgomery County Shooting Comlex and can meet or leave them threre for you to pick up. Due to the season though it may be a few weeks before I'm up that way again. You could just PM me your address and I will be glad to ship them to you.
