Didn't think magpul would come out with fancy "tactical" glove things.

And they have some other gloves too. Seem fairly similar to Ansell's Military line, but maybe a little nicer.

You can get a pair of Mechanix gloves for $15 on Amazon.  Same thing, but I guess you can't be a serious operator with a pair gloves you bought at Lowe's.  LOL!

I like Magpul products though.  Good for them, make that money boys!!  A hefty margin on gloves might mean I can keep buying Pmags for dirt cheap.

I have a set of the lightweight "Technical Gloves" I received as a gift and they seem to be well made. So far so good.

It will sell.

probably so...make that definitely...but not to me.

I'm with Caster on this. I think I paid $10.00 for my Mechanix gloves and wouldn't dream of running my AK without 'em...too darn many sharp edges!

Magpul is really branching out right now. They just came out with a leather gun belt too.

I'm happy for them, honestly never thought I'd see anything but polymer products from them but hey if it sells it works.

Been using Mechanix gloves since 2003 aside from being ordered to wear Nomex gloves on mission during my last deployment.  It will take as good a product at as good a price to make me switch.  I'm not seeing that from these gloves yet.

All that tacticool gear makes me want to be a Mall ninja, you know, if it wasn't so dangerous.

I have a few different brands of gloves issued to me at one point or another.  I had a pair like the breach and didn't like them, the plastic knuckles just got in the way.  The pair I like are ones from Camel-Bak, once Southwest Motorsports, which I won in a drawing at one of the fishing tournaments.  They are not as padded as the Mechanix brand, at least their older ones, but the material is thick enough to protect while thin enough for dexterity.

I've got a pair of 5.11 gloves I wear. But not because they're tacticawesome. They were $5. Hooray $5!

As a bonus, they keep me from burning my hands on the can when I forget that it gets hot.

Also have a pair of "Nebo" gloves. Bought them off the sale rack at an ace hardware. Came with a folding box cutter! Not sure where the box cutter is now... the gloves are in my dad's shop. They're designated general use gloves. Anyone can grab, just put back on the bench when you're done not cutting your hands open.

I think I may get a pair of these Magpul gloves if they ever go on sale, just not those damn breach gloves. I have to look the part when WWIII or the Zombie Apocolypse happens; especially if I can't act the part.

Shotgun reloading reminded me why I have a pair. Laying a thumb along the barrel when it's hot is not a fun thing.
