I had 0 experience of reloading as of December 2012.  After I made my decision to reload, I found this information listed in the below TGO link to be invaluable and 3 years later and several thousand reloads later, (I still have all of my phalanges & oculuses) still a great resource:

Then go to Dolomite_supafly post (#8), I followed most of his recommendations other than I will with stainless steel media and tumbler.
