Ak47 conversion Memphis

I know you say you want someone to do it for you, and I don't mean to derail your thread at all. That being said, watch a few YouTube videos and see what you think. I converted one earlier this year and I had never touched an AK rifle before. It's much easier than you might imagine. Not trying to push you away from a gunsmith, but just to encourage you

I can't at the moment, away for work. I believe it is a Hungarian sa85.

If that's the case, like DS said - one screwdriver and you are done. Pick the stock and grip of your choice and put them on.

Now if you want an under folder, then yeah, you will need someone to cut the receiver/trunnion mounting holes or change the rear trunion and then cut the receiver.

Alright I'll watch some YouTube
Ok now a little help picking out what to put on it, please.
I want to go as light weight as possible. Side folding doesn't bother me as long as the gun can still be shot with it folded. I'd also like a quadrail and a rail close to the rear sight for magnified optics. Probably eotech with 3x magnifier.
And I guess I need enough parts USA made to make it legal. I'd like to focus some of the USA parts on a crisp light trigger if that works.

Single stack would be/should be model SA2000M not one of the 85 series.  The real question will be if it has the long or short gas tube installed as SA85's were being built at break neck speeds and parts were swapped in and out on the line between the AMD bins and the AMMS bins.  Honestly since FEG isn't around anymore if I were in your shoes I would probably sell it and pick up a WASR or a PAP to accessorize.  Or if you have the money just stash the SA85 away and keep it as a collectible.
