Tn Action Pistol Plate Rack Challenge 11/18

Tennessee Action Pistol will be hosting a plate rack challenge match this Wednesday the 18th.

Match setup is bracketed double elimination with the potential of running 2 brackets. If there is time there will be some "Grudge Match" plate rack races at the end to wrap up the night!

There are 5 plates on the rack and a pepper popper, mags/revo 6 rounds max. If you miss you will have to reload! It's a heads up man vs man race. Shooters will start low ready. This is a great match for beginners and advanced alike.

We are proud to be using Newbold indoor safe targets, and are the only match in the area doing so. No need to worry about getting hit with shrapnel or rounds fragging!

The second bracket of the night will be team based. The two finalists from round 1 will pick teams and then choose their competitors for each bracket of the second match.
This could get interesting!

Those plates look big until the buzzer goes off.  I think I ended up at 140 rounds.

Too bad he didn't have video when we shot again at strong hand 7 yrds. We both made clean sweeps but his "end" popper fell a nano second before mine.

 

Of course I taught Kenneth everything he knows ... but then he went and added that "speed" thing and wrecked any chance of poppa ever catching him again  :yuck:

Yeah, the batteries died on my camera.  I think we were all getting warmed up by the strong hand round because most of those were pretty close.
