It's worth whatever you're willing to pay for it.

Personally, I don't see anything special about it. It's got a plain jane stock and I'm not sure what that scope is worth. I recently bought my nephew a brand new 10/22 for $200 so I wouldn't be willing to pay much more than that.

I bought a 200th Year model back in '76.  They said to put it in a safe and keep it virgin.  I shot the heck out of it and gave it as a gift to a friend a few years later.  What little appreciation it might have had has been eaten up in inflation.

Well I have a Llama 380 semi auto pistol with 4 magazines and he offered me this rifle and $75.00 for the Llama. I'm not really into long guns that much as i already have all I want. I told him I would think about it and get back with him. According to all I can find out about the Llama it would sell for about 250.00 with just 1 Magazine. I had to have the extra magazines custom made by Triple K in California and I paid 26.00 per Magazine to get them. I know there are somethings you can never get your investment back on but have never really thought about getting rid of the Llama anyway.................

I think the scope which is about $150.00 new plus a used 10/22 of around the price of around $150.00. You are looking at a used value of around 225.00 tops + the $75.00 cash for a total of around $300.00. Not seeing a picture of your gun IMHO this would be a fair trade.

Thanks for all the help folks. The guy decided he wanted the Llama to bad to lose out on it so just walked in the door and bought it for my asking price. More than I would have ever thought it would bring. I had it priced not to sell if that tells ya'll anything. I keep forgetting what my grandfather told me many times. He said if you don't want to sell something don't put a price on it cause someone will pay your price. This guy and I go back a long time as friends or he would never have got it but when it comes to business friendship does not play a part.............. :wall:
