This is a terrible tragedy. Now it's been confirmed that 4 have died and 44 people injured.

Because people drink and drive and so do their kids, legislators included. They don’t think they are murderers. But public outrage is growing; soon this won’t be accepted as a “terrible mistake” it will prosecuted as murder.
