What are TGOers putting on their Christmas list this year?

I don't know about what I may be getting (probably not much) but I'm going to get some kind of carry gun for wifey. She just took her permit course last weekend and will be applying at the DMV next week. Maybe another Shield, maybe a J frame, I haven't decided. It would be nice to add something different to the mix, even if just for options' sake.

I asked my parents to take my dog to the vet and get his dental work done and have the vet remove his fat tumors (non malignant). So far its been a hard fight trying to convince them.

Yeah its early, but I was just curious who had a Christmas list started and what's on it? Me and the wife decided to exchange one item each, and focus more on spending time with family and friends this holiday. She asked for a revolver to start carrying so I'm gonna be trying to find a snubby .38 in a light weight frame. And I asked for a new hat from Falcon Park Hattery, so that will be on order soon. What are you and the spouse doing for the holidays?

This is the hat I'm ordering

I just watched Lawless just from seeing this post. Can't believe I've never seen it. Damn good movie! It's in my top 10 now.

I actually rented it when it came out in redbox, and fell asleep in the first ten minutes. I didn't even think about it again till it was on Netflix and now I own the dvd. It's one of the few movies I can watch regularly and not get tired of it.

Nothing. I'm not a kid anymore and I'm not into the commercialization of Christmas..... unless I find a killer deal on a 60" TV for me. :) :)

Let Primary Arms sell Geissele triggers for ~$200 again and I'll jump on it.  If it takes Christmas to bring about such a price, so be it.

I just wish I wasn't logged into amazon when I looked it up. Now my recommendations are going to be ####ed up for a while.

:yum:

I was on my work laptop...how do you think I feel? Surprisingly, it passed the porn filter.

Got to thinking about this... since I'm on my own this year, no gifts for me.  Gonna spend some of that saved $ and buy stuffed animals (or maybe some cheap gifts) and give them out around Christmas time when we walk over to the Vandy children's hospital for lunches.  There's always some families in there with the kids from an appointment that look like they could use some excitement.

I am hoping your phone auto corrected "Kinder Eggs".

I'm so glad I didn't google this. I still don't know what this is, but I'm totally cool with not knowing. It sounds traumatic.

You could say it's a specialized adult toy.

FNX Tactical. Something about having 16 rounds of .45 is pleasing to me.

Read up about the frame flex on those when temps get high (Texas summer). The video I saw, you could nearly squeeze the mag well sides to touch each other and that's a wide mag opening.

I resisted the curiosity to look it up and I'm glad I have due to the comments by those who have. Especially the comment about passing the porn filter. I can't even imagine what it is, and don't want to.

Call me what you want but I would give almost anything to have Kinder Eggs here. Our government has decided that they are dangerous.

They are a hollow chocolate egg with a small toy inside. Just a little bundle of fun.

Well, they can fit 13 into a compact.  Think I'll stick with something smaller.
